Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 7th day of July 2000 at 9.00 a.m., a special resolution was passed by the company that Jonathan McKellar Dent, chartered accountant of Lower Hutt, be appointed as liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of July 2000.
