Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were jointly and severally appointed liquidators of Upper Hutt Health Centre Limited (in liquidation) ("the company") on the 4th day of July 2000.
Prior to the appointment of liquidators, a director's resolution confirming that the company would be able to pay its debts was lodged with the Registrar of Companies.
Inquiries may be directed by creditors or shareholders

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
24th day of July 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
