Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The Companies Act 1993
On the 4th day of July 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WW Company Limited (in liquidation) (formerly trading as the Wire Works Company) be liquidated and that Kim S. Thompson, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of July 2000.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 8th day of August 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
