Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 26th day of June 2000, it was resolved by resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Ultimate Rugby Limited be liquidated and that Kerryn Mark Downey and Ronald James Hill, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of June 2000.
