Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of June 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Mogen Holdings Limited
be liquidated and that Bryce Walton Nicholls, chartered accountant of Warkworth, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of June 2000.
