Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Paul Francis Lynskey and Gary Traveller, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Wellington respectively, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Execair International Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 3rd day of July 2000, the date that the liquidation commenced.
We advise that this is a liquidation of a solvent company, undertaken as part of the restructuring process of the group.
