Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 19th day of June 2000, pursuant to a resolution
of shareholders, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the
19th day of August 2000.
