Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 2nd day of June 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Te Puke Sports Goods Limited be liquidated and that Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, be appointed as joint liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of June 2000.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to us during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
A copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.
