Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 28th day of June 2000, a special resolution was passed by the company that David Bernard Robinson, solicitor of
Lower Hutt, be appointed as liquidator of the company.
