Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, John M. Scutter, chartered accountant of Ab Initio, is appointed liquidator of Enigma Group Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of June 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of
the company during normal business hours to John Scutter at 79 Boulcott Street (P.O. Box 3420), Wellington, or telephone (04) 499 8451.
Note: There will be no meeting of creditors.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
24th day of July 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
