Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 27th day of June 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Affinity Interiors Limited be liquidated and that Peter Luton Sturge and Robert Wilson Purchas, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of June 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
