Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of June 2000, Derek Farrelly was appointed joint liquidator by a shareholders' resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act").
On the 26th day of June 2000, Derek Farrelly resigned as liquidator and appointed Stephen Mark Lawrence and Brendon James Gibson as joint and several liquidators, pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993.
