Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Quigleys Farm Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that by special resolution passed on the 20th day of June 2000, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the company was placed in liquidation and Patricia Dawn Bentinck-Stokes, solicitor of Auckland, was appointed liquidator.
A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the governing director.
