Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Bauen More (Waimate) Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 14th day of June 2000 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of June 2000.
