Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Scott Anderson Massie, chartered accountant of Lock & Partners, was appointed liquidator of Standard Securities Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of June 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of

A declaration of solvency has been filed in accordance with section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
14th day of July 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
