Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 19th day of June 2000, it was resolved by the directors and shareholders that Future Perspective Limited be liquidated and that Gregory Noel Rathbun and Bruce Raymond Sheppard, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed joint liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of June 2000.
