Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 12th day of June 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Amble In Motel Limited be liquidated and that Peter Charleton, chartered accountant of Stratford, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of June 2000.
