Notice is hereby given that at a duly constituted meeting of Maniapo Enterprises Limited held at Te Kuiti on the
26th day of May 2000, the shareholders resolved to place the company into voluntary liquidation and Russell Dickens Young, chartered accountant of Te Kuiti, was appointed liquidator of the company.
The effective date and time of appointment of liquidator is Wednesday, the 14th day of June 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
