Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a resolution dated the 14th day of June 2000 and timed at 11.55 a.m. that Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of International Marine Connections Limited.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the
14th day of August 2000.
