Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Public notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of December 1999, the above companies resolves by special resolution of their shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that they be liquidated and that Ian Gordon Stuart Donald, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidations commenced on the 6th day of December 1999.
The companies have ceased their business activities and have no known external liabilities.
