Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 19th day of June 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Paraite Poultry Limited be liquidated and that Alwyn John Burr, chartered accountant of Havelock North, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of June 2000.
