Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Richard Grant Simpson and Ronald Walton, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators on the 6th day of June 2000 by special resolution of the shareholders of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of June 2000 at 4.00 p.m.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
There will be no meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 7th day of July 2000, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
