Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Open Pacific Resources Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 12th day of June 2000, the date that the liquidation commenced.
