Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
A notice of solvency having been filed with the Registrar
of Companies, Giles Adrian Pearson and James Roland McIvor, chartered accountants of Napier, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of N A Carran Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 12th day of June 2000, the date that the liquidation commenced.
The appointment of liquidators is for the purpose of finalising the affairs of the company and all creditors will be paid in full.
