David Vance and Bruce McCallum, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of Connect Direct Limited on the 8th day of June 2000 by resolution of the shareholders.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of Connect Direct Limited (in liquidation), will be held at the offices of McCallum Petterson, Level Eight, City Tower, 95 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, on Monday, the 26th day of June 2000, at 10.30 a.m.
Agenda
To consider:
1. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
2. Resolutions expressing the views of creditors.
3. Whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 21st day of July 2000, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors claims that have not been made at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
