Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of June 2000 at 9.35 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Perlanduk Limited be liquidated and that Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed the 30th day of September 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
