Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 2nd day of June 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Jamar Metal Industries Limited be liquidated and that Steven Francis Clerk, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of June 2000.
