Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on the 31st day of May 2000, when the members appointed Shiralee Louise McLean, chartered accountant, as liquidator of the company, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 30th day of June 2000, as the day before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
