Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 6th day of June 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Potter Industries Limited be liquidated and that David John Henderson, accountant of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of June 2000.
