Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 29th day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that South Island Deepwater Fisheries Limited be liquidated and that Paul Alexander Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed as sole liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of April 2000.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
