Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 29th day of May 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Ansford Johnson Limited be liquidated and that Peter Charleton, chartered accountant of Stratford, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of June 2000.
