Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, that David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates, Christchurch, were appointed as replacement liquidators of Canterbury Wooden Pallets Limited by resolution of creditors at a creditors meeting held on the 26th day of May 2000.

The liquidators do hereby fix the 21st day of July 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
