On the 2nd day of June 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Buchanan & Associates Limited be liquidated and that Bradley James Watson, solicitor of Watsons Law, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of June 2000.
