Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
John David Naylor and Gary Traveller, chartered accountants of Palmerston North and Wellington respectively, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Manawatu Engineering Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 1st day of June 2000, the date that the liquidation commenced.
