Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Scott Anderson Massie, chartered accountant of Lock & Partners, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies.
The liquidations commenced on the 2nd day of June 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of
the companies during normal business hours to Lock
& Partners at 133 Vincent Street, Auckland on telephone (09) 379 8410.
A declaration of solvency for each company has been filed in accordance with section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
22nd day of June 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
