Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 24th day of May 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Heatherdale Farm Limited be liquidated and that David Raymond Hastie, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of May 2000.
