By order of the High Court at Auckland on the 1st day of June 2000 at the times specified, Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the following companies:
· Hapua Construction Limited at 10.12 a.m.
· Grenville Hoskin & Associates Limited at 10.19 a.m.
· Hewett And Haynes Limited (in receivership) at 11.43 a.m.
