Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Wayne Richard Johnson, chartered accountant of Lock & Partners, was appointed liquidator of Bebran Holdings Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of May 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of
the company during normal business hours to Lock
& Partners at 133 Vincent Street, Auckland on telephone (09) 379 8410.
A declaration of solvency has been filed in accordance with section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
22nd day of June 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
