Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
On the 29th day of May 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Rowan John Chapman, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The company is solvent and the liquidation is a result of the restructuring of the affairs of the shareholders.
This liquidation does not affect the operations of Tuatara Bar and Café (1996) Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of May 2000.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolutions has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 30th day of June 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
