Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 29th day of May 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Kwicaz Couriers Limited be liquidated and that Rachel Louise Gurnell, solicitor of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of May 2000.
