Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named companies commenced on the 25th day of May 2000, when the High Court, Auckland, appointed Stephen Mark Lawrence and Brendon James Gibson
joint and several liquidators, in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
