Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Malcolm Welsford Nye, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Pacific Filter Systems Limited (in liquidation) on the 24th day of May 2000, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 30th day of June 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
