Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of May 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that
Eco Technology International Limited be liquidated and that Graeme Norman Davey, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of May 2000.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
This company filed a solvency certificate with the Companies Office dated the 4th day of May 2000, stating that the company has no liabilities other than to shareholders and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8), no creditors meeting is required to be called.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
23rd day of June 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
