Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
On the 23rd day of May 2000 at 11.15 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of creditors, pursuant to section 243 (6) of the Companies Act 1993, that Barrie Miles Owen and David Neville Cooke, chartered accountants of Tauranga, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of May 2000.
