Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountant of Auckland, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Assist It Limited (in liquidation) (trading as Assist Business Group).
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of May 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Janine Kemp at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Auckland on telephone No. (09) 355 8513.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
23rd day of August 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
