Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that Brendon James Gibson and Stephen Mark Lawrence were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company on the 23rd day of December 1999, pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993.
The appointment follows the resignation of Neil Finn, solicitor of Auckland, appointed liquidator by shareholder resolution on the 23rd day of December 1999.
