Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Rotorua dated the 15th day of May 2000, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidators by the
15th day of July 2000.
Creditors and shareholders may make direct inquiries to the liquidators' assistant, Rozanna Waiari, during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
