Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Ben Field, chartered accountant of Lock & Partners Limited, was appointed liquidator of Bryan Bell Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of April 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Ben Field at
133 Vincent Street, Auckland on telephone No. (09) 379 8410.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
30th day of June 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
