Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of May 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Morgan Corporation Limited be liquidated and that Robert John Knox, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed the 25th day of June 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 286, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
