Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named companies on the 9th day of May 2000, passed resolutions appointing Colin Ian Devcich, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the companies.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator does hereby fix the 6th day of June 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
